My heart goes out to Paris, a place of beauty, artistry, perfection and kindness. I am stunned and saddened anyone could bring harm to one of my favorite places on the planet. I cannot understand. I don’t know how to process this in my head. As I heard bits and pieces, hair-raising chills went up and down my arms. I wanted to drop everything, get to a TV, see and hear what happened, to make sense of it all. What does this mean for the future? Is any place safe? How can we fix this?
Young humans are brainwashed into thinking their actions are just, their own life worth sacrificing for the sake of taking a few or hundreds of others’ lives. Please, go back to your mother. Warm your heart. Let her cook for you. Make your bed. Wash your clothes. SHE loves you. Remember what it means to be loved so you can love too. Think of your mother.
For now I pray. I pray for the families suffering sudden loss with no opportunity to have last words or hugs. I pray for the armed forces faced with protecting the innocent from humans blinded by hate, their hearts black. I pray for these ailing humans to heal, get right in their heads. I pray for our world leaders to guide us out of the chaos into a place of peace for our children and generations to come. I pray for mothers everywhere.
I pray for Paris.

Beautiful thoughts here.
Thank you Barbara. I just think if anger-filled people could be loved again my mom, hearts could change.
Thank you Francie!
Ahh. You are welcome Linda!
I pray too that one day respect for our differences replaces hate and we remember our childhood innocence and curiosity to explore and embrace our differences instead of trying to squash. Much heartfelt empathy, sympathy and love. Our world needs it now more than ever.
Hi April. Your prayer is spot on and poignant. Thank you for your words. I hope all our prayers are answered.
